'60s Fashion
In the early '60s, fashion was still like the '50s, women wearing billowy skirts and blouses. Men wearing casual attire and suits. Yet in the mid and late '60s, people were influenced by celebrities and created new fashion trends. More fun looks to wear instead of constantly looking elegant. They introduced the iconic miniskirt, go-go boots, and many more fashion staples. Women wearing tie-dye, neon colours, bell bottoms, and fun prints. Also wearing mini skirts, tight fitted clothing and teased their hair up to follow the trend to look like a "Dolly girl". Men, on the other hand, wore beachy and rock outfit inspired by bands, for example, the beach boys. There were either surfers or rock n' roll rebels, called greasers or beats.
